Church Magazine: Ladies' Group (Spring 2007)

The Ladies' Group had a most enjoyable meal at Christmas at Martyns in Laurieston. That brought the first part of our session to a very enjoyable close.

In this spring session we have a varied programme including a Jewellery evening, a beauty demonstration by Avon, hobby and bingo nights and various speakers including Strathcarron Hospice and our own Ivar Struthers (do you think he might just mention penguins!)

We also have arranged an evening at Stirling Curling Rink and we hope to join with the Men's Group to visit The Museum of Country Life at East Kilbride. We also hope to arrange a visit to the theatre or cinema.

We meet every second Thursday (next meetings are on 1st and 15th March) and new members will be made welcome.
