The J Team (J for Jesus) resumes on Sunday 12th September at 10am at its new venue - the small hall in the Village Hall in The Wynd. For the last Sunday in each month there will be a family service in the Church which the J Team will attend. All parents have been informed of the new arrangements.

We enjoyed last session in the J Team - especially our family picnic in June at Palacerigg (when we actually had some sunshine!) Also, we had two main fundraising projects (calendars and our sponsored walk around Broadwood Loch) and we were able to donate money to Christian Aid, Mary's Meals and £100 to our own Project ROCK.

Thanks to all our J Team families and members of the congregation who supported us in these events and also for donating to the Mary's Meals Back Pack appeal. Mary's Meals were delighted with our contributions and sent the J Team a special certificate.

Last session we had a few new members and, now that we are in larger premises, we would welcome more children of primary school age to come along and learn more about the really Good News of Jesus.
