Church Magazine: Ladies' Group (August 2010)

The Ladies' Group meets every second Wednesday between September and May, either in the Church or in the Session House, commencing at 7.30pm. Our opening meeting for the new session is on 2nd September.

We have just about finalised our programme up to Christmas, and we have a special Communion Service, a speaker from Toybox (Barlinnie's children), a visit from Saffron Accessories, entertainment by the Tartan Spirits and, of course, our usual quiz. Our theatre nights is on 30th September, when we visit the Kings Theatre to see "Sunshine on Leith". The details for our Christmas meal have still to be decided but the likely date is 9th December.

The programme for January to May 2011 is still being arranged and details will follow once all the pieces are in place.
